Contactless technologies within parking applications and systems is a developing market, where people can pay either by their contactless EMV payment cards (VISA, MasterCard), NFC mobile phone or by a travel card ISO 14443 A/B. One of many advantages of contactless payments is higher flexibility and trouble-free travelling as the passenger can pay for parking and public transport by one card only.
TELMAX contactless chip card readers support many applications and can be integrated into parking meters, parking terminals and gates for easy and comfortable payments. They support EMV card payments and also accept cards according to ISO 14443 A/B standard, so called travel cards.
